*NOTE: Ensure that you have installed the requisite driver for the printer you want to use by following the link associated with your operating system and the desired printer. Download the driver, double click the file and run the installation.

1. Open “System Settings”

2. Select “Printers & Scanners”

*tip: use search

3. Click “Add Printer, Scanner, or Fax…” button.

4. Select the “IP” tab and paste one of the printer names into the “Address” field. Additional printer information will generate automatically. Click “Add“.

*Printer information may take several seconds to generate.

5. Click “OK“.

6. Set Default Printer:

7. Click “Add”

8. The printer should now be in your printer list and ready to Print.
