SCI Events Calendar

SCI has moved to using Trumba for events.  If you would like them to show up in your traditional calender then you either add the event(s) you would like by clicking on the calendar icon/subscribe link in the email announcement for the event.  If you would like to subscribe to all events, then use the ICS URL on https://sci.utah.edu/events/ via the subscribe link.
Here are the steps for two popular calendar solutions:

Outlook Web App (OWA):

• • Go to Calendar
  • Click Add calendar (left sidebar)
  • Choose Subscribe from web
  • Paste the Trumba ICS URL
  • Give it a name and pick a color — it will appear as its own calendar

• • Open Calendar
  • From the menu bar: File → New Calendar Subscription
  • Paste the Trumba ICS URL
  • Click Subscribe
  • Configure options:
    • Give it a name
    • Set the Auto-refresh interval (every 5 min, 15 min, hour, day, or weekly)
    • Choose whether to remove alerts/attachments from the feed
    • Under Location, choose where to store it:
      • On My Mac — local only
      • iCloud — syncs to your iPhone/iPad/other Macs automatically
